Who is behind Athulai
Athulai was founded by an active lifestyle enthusiast approaching 55, based in Chennai, India. Every day starts with Tai chi. Evenings are spent on the Table Tennis table and 5km walking apart from Nike fitness practices. And for over two decades, Tai Chi has been both a personal practice and a passion to teach others.
This is not a website written from a desk by someone theorising about healthy ageing. It is written by someone living it — and deeply believing that an active, joyful life is possible at any age.

Having watched many elderly people struggle with isolation, poor health information, and a loss of purpose, the mission became clear: create a trusted, friendly resource that treats seniors not as patients — but as people with enormous life still ahead of them.
